Camille's CranGinger Punch Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ounces vodka 2 ounces cranberry juice 2 ounces pineapple juice 1 ounce lime juice 1/2 ounce simple syrup Ginger beer Lime wheel (for garnish)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer and garnish in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Pour into a glass. Top with ginger beer, and garnish with a lime wheel.

Combine 2 oz. Reposada tequila and 1 to 3 dashes of lime bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously for a few seconds. Double-strain to remove any tiny shards of ice into a coupe glass. Top with Champagne (preferably Moet). Garnish with an expressed lime twist.

Crush 3 slices of candied ginger in a glass. Pour 2 oz. dark rum (Goslings Black Seal Rum), and 3 oz. ginger beer (Barritts Bermuda Stone Ginger Beer) over crushed ginger. Add ice cubes, and garnish with an orange or lime slice. Drink up, then make another!

Combine 1 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup brandy, 2 cups cream de cacao, and 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a blender. Add ice, and mix until smooth. Pour mixture into a punch bowl or pitcher over ice. Serves 6 to 8.
