Baccarat was founded in 1764 and is known for their extraordinary tableware, fine jewelry, lighting, and decorative objects. And now the luxury French retailer has teamed up with another household name—Martha Stewart—to release an exclusive glassware collection called “The Martha.”
According to a media release from Baccarat, “When Martha purchased Skylands—Edsel Ford’s former summer home in Seal Harbor, Maine—the estate came stocked with enough Baccarat to seat more than 50 people.” Those glasses were reportedly from Baccarat’s Nancy collection, which features a design of delicate crosshatched etching in various heights. Though Martha, the ever-perfect hostess, loved using these glasses at her famous dinner parties, she wanted another type of glass to hold one of her signature cocktails.
Stewart is known for whipping up "Martha-ritas," her spin on the margarita that’s made with small-batch, 100% Blue Agave silver tequila from Casa Dragones. This super clean tequila ensures a smooth taste, while fresh lime juice and orange liqueur ensure a perfectly balanced cocktail.

Baccarat created special Martha-rita goblets for Stewart by updating a version of their Nancy collection. The large bowl of the cocktail glass features crossing horizontal and vertical lines that form a jewel-like decoration. This modern-yet-timeless drinking vessel is perfect for festive cocktails, but also looks like a work of art in your hands.
