Kate Middleton has arrived at Westminster Abbey for the coronation of King Charles III—and she is not wearing a tiara. Instead, the Princess of Wales is wearing a gorgeous ivory flower crown designed by Jess Collett x Alexander McQueen. It is believed she and the rest of the senior royals opted for the more low-key look to match the atmosphere of the scaled-back ceremony.

The stylish royal paired the stunning topper with an ivory dress, also by Alexander McQueen, and a red, white, and blue outfit as a nod to the Union Jack flag. She wore her hair in an elegant updo and completed her look with Princess Diana's pearl earrings. During today's ceremony, there's a chance Kate could wear a coronet, which is a smaller headpiece typically worn during coronations.

The only royals wearing ornate toppers during today's crowning ceremony will be King Charles and Queen Camilla. The Queen will top her head with Queen Mary's Crown, which is the first time in recent history that an existing crown is re-used for a coronation. Featuring a whopping 2,200 diamonds, the headpiece was designed by the royal jeweler House of Garrard for the coronation of King George V in June 1911. King Charles, for his part, will be donning St. Edward's Crown—which was made for King Charles II and used at his coronation in 1661—to be officially declared as the new monarch of England.

Kate is also joined by her husband and the future king, Prince William, and their three adorable children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. The Prince of Wales will also be wearing a coronet for today's events; he is expected to don the Coronet of Charles, Prince of Wales, which was commissioned by Queen Elizabeth for his father's investiture in 1969. (As of now, there are no plans for Prince William to have a formal investiture.)
